The foundation everyone can start from. Workplace® takes one adaptive assessment and turns it into a picture of how this person works — what they prioritize, what wears them down, and what to do differently with the colleague across the table. It assumes no seniority and no intact team.
Two capable people keep grating on each other and neither can say why. One reads the other as abrupt; the other reads back as indecisive. Nothing is wrong with either of them — they are simply working from different priorities, and without a shared vocabulary the friction gets read as character.
What the learner walks away with
Their own DiSC® style in detail, the priorities that sit behind it, and concrete adjustments for the specific people they work with. The profile runs to roughly twenty pages and is written to be used, not filed.
Where it lands
Onboarding, team formation, a merger of two groups, or any point where a population has to work together and has never had language for how. It scales from one learner to a whole company.
One assessment, adaptive
The survey adjusts as it goes, so the picture sharpens with each answer rather than averaging everyone toward the middle.
Research-validated instrument
Adaptive question routing
Personalized narrative, not a category label
Built for comparison
The value shows up when two people read each other's styles, which is why this works better as a cohort than as a solo purchase.
Priorities mapped on one circle
Continua rather than boxes
Direct guidance for named colleagues
On Catalyst™ it keeps going
Bought as a Catalyst™ experience, the profile becomes an account the learner returns to — and Agile EQ™, Management and Worksmart unlock on it later without a second assessment.
Continuing platform access
Add applications without re-testing
Worksmart available only here
In the room
The profile is the input. The session is where it becomes useful.
How a Workplace® program usually runs
Most organizations start with a cohort rather than the whole company: ten people, one session, one report in the facilitator's hands. That gives you something to point at when you ask for the budget to go wider.
The assessment takes about twenty minutes and is done before the room. The session is where the profiles stop being documents and start being a conversation about how this particular group works.
