For the person who runs Everything DiSC® in-house

Administrator Accounts, Experience & Credits

Everything DiSC® runs inside your organization once three pieces are in place: your own administrator account, the Administrator Experience that comes with it, and credits to pay for every profile and report. This page explains each piece and how the work runs, then points you to the Starter that fits your role, or straight to credits if your account is already open.

Administrator Accounts, Experience & Credits

The administrator role

What an Everything DiSC® administrator needs, and why

The administrator is the person who sends the assessments out, keeps track of who has finished, and pulls the reports the facilitator needs. Three pieces make that possible.

Why your organization needs its own account

EPIC is Wiley's platform for administering assessments. With your own account, your administrator issues every Everything DiSC® assessment, sends the reminders and pulls the reports, on your dates and with your branding on the reports. Symphony 100 opens the account under its authorized partner account, names your administrators and hands you the keys.

Without an account, every assessment goes through someone else's, and so does every report.

What the Administrator Experience is

Your account spans two linked platforms. EPIC holds your credits and issues Work of Leaders®, Sales and Productive Conflict directly. Catalyst™ is where learners take Workplace, Agile EQ™, Management and Worksmart, and keep their profile afterwards. The Catalyst™ Administrator Experience is your side of Catalyst™: organize learners into departments and teams, assign the applications, watch who has finished, and pull the Group Culture and Facilitator Reports.

Wiley's Administrator Experience User Guide and a Quick Reference Sheet come with the account.

What credits are

Credits are the currency inside EPIC. Every assessment and every report carries a published credit value: an Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Base Experience profile is 15 credits, and the Management add-on is 10 more. Credits are $6.00 each, packages bring the rate down as they grow, and one balance covers the whole Everything DiSC® catalog, so you decide what to run at the moment you run it.

Why you need credits before you issue anything

Nothing goes out until credits sit in your balance, so credits are the first purchase after the account. Buy a package once, or commit a year through the Annual Credit Subscription, paid once or monthly, with credits released as each payment comes in. An invitation that goes unused can be recalled, and its credits return to the balance.

Credits are a digital product: once released to your account they are not refundable.

How the work runs

Three steps, then you are running it yourself

1Open your account

Symphony 100 sets up your administrator account and names your administrators. Complimentary with 150 credits or more; $330 on its own.

2Load credits

A package paid once, or a year's plan paid once or monthly. Every Starter includes the credits its program needs.

3Issue, organize, report

Assign credits, send access codes, group learners into departments and teams, let reminders chase stragglers, and pull the reports.

Where do you stand today?

In-House Starters

Start where you see yourself

Each card says what the Starter holds. The price is built on the Starter's page from the materials you pick and the credits your year needs, and it shows what you pay once and what you pay for credits, paid once or monthly.

Administrator Starter

A program that runs all year

Administrator Starter

Facilitator Starter

Practitioner Starter

Your own certified practitioner

Not left on your own
