If you are the one standing in front of the group, three things decide what you can run: the credential, the content, and the reports that tell you who is in the room. All three are on this page, for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® alike — whether you develop your own teams inside one organization or deliver to client organizations as a consultant.
You lead learning and development, partner with HR, or simply ended up owning development for your team. The group in front of you is your own, and it refreshes as people join, change roles, and start managing others. What you need is a program you can run again next quarter without rebuilding it.
Across client organizations
You consult, coach, or train for a living. Delivery is the product, and both the credential and the content library travel with you from client to client. What you need is material you are licensed to use session after session, in rooms you do not control.
What you are actually teaching
Leadership and teamwork development, built on assessments that are widely used and heavily tested. Everything DiSC® starts with the individual — how this person works, and how to adapt to the person across the table. The Five Behaviors® starts with the team — whether it trusts, argues well, commits, holds itself accountable, and delivers results.
EVERYTHING DiSC®
Sessions about how people work
Fundamentals and Workplace®, Agile EQ™, Management, Productive Conflict, Sales, and Work of Leaders®. One assessment per learner; your session is what turns that profile into something the group uses on Monday.
THE FIVE BEHAVIORS®
Sessions about how a team works
Personal Development for the teamwork skills a person carries anywhere; Team Development for one intact team measured as a unit. Both are powered by Everything DiSC®, so the team conversation stays grounded in how each member actually operates.
THREE ROUTES TO THE FRONT OF THE ROOM
Certify, license the library, or buy one program outright
These are not steps in a sequence. Pick the one that matches how often you will deliver and how much you want to own.
Wiley's complete Everything DiSC® certification, plus the Symphony 100 layer that keeps working long after the course ends. The credential belongs to the practitioner.
Wiley's certification for The Five Behaviors®, for the practitioner who will facilitate Personal Development and Team Development sessions. The credential belongs to the named practitioner.
The full facilitation library behind you: materials, scripts, slide decks, handouts, and video for the Catalyst™ experiences — ready to run, session by session.
The workshop ends. Encore keeps it going: monthly live clinics, private counsel, and a community that answers, for the people running DiSC® programs inside real organizations.
Three routes for the person who delivers. Each is licensed to a named practitioner.

Online, in person, or both
The material does not assume a room. Catalyst™ puts each learner’s profile in a browser, so a cohort spread across time zones works from the same content as a group around one table. Kits print, project, and share. What changes between online and in person is pacing and how you run the activities — not the program.
Before you stand up
Session design, reading the group’s profiles, rehearsing the hard moments.
Preparation is the part nobody sells you
Certification hands you a method. What it cannot hand you is this particular group, on this particular Tuesday, with the two people who are not speaking to each other.
Hourly coaching buys working time with someone who has run the session before — one-on-one or with your whole facilitation team. Encore keeps that access open month to month once your program is live, with clinics, private counsel, and a community that answers.
Credits, access codes and reports
Ordering credits, assigning them to assessments and reports, sending access codes, and pulling the group and facilitator reports is its own set of tasks — and its own page.
