The Everything DiSC® Group Culture Report shows the team its culture: the distribution of styles, and how the group's shared tendencies shape decisions, pace and communication. Because the report names no one, you can hand the report to everyone. The Everything DiSC® Facilitator Report gives the facilitator individual data for each participant; the Group Culture Report highlights team-wide tendencies instead.
