Reschedule at no charge.
One change on a single session, and one for each month a package covers. After that, a $50 change fee for a 60-minute booking, or $100 for a 90-minute or 2-hour booking.
Tell us, and the session goes back into your balance for half the single-session price. Telling us always costs less than not showing up.
If you join late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.
We make every effort to keep to the schedule, but not everything is in our control. If we have to move a session, you pay no change fee and it never counts against your allowance.
Package sessions are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
