What you can do

Four jobs, one account

The Catalyst™ Administrator Experience gathers the work of running a program into one dashboard. Here is what you can do, in the order you will usually need it.

1 · Invite and track

Get everyone started, and finished

• Invite learners one by one, or in bulk from a spreadsheet, using ready-made invitation templates.
• Schedule invitations and reminders in advance, and change their send dates if the workshop moves.
• Send an extra reminder to anyone, at any time.
• See whose assessments are incomplete at a glance, instead of tracking it by hand.

Why it matters: a workshop works when everyone arrives with a completed assessment. This is how you get there without chasing people through email.

2 · Organize your people

Mirror how your organization actually works

• Set up organizations and departments that match your structure, and move people between departments as teams change.
• Create groups of up to 500 learners for a team, a cohort or a project, and add or remove members as people come and go.
• Download a group map as an image or a list, ready for a team meeting.

Why it matters: the team picture in Catalyst™ stays accurate long after the workshop, so new members join the same shared language.

3 · Control the experience

Decide what people see, and when

• Hide a learner's DiSC® style after the assessment, then reveal it one person at a time or for the whole group at once, for example in the workshop.
• Add content without a new assessment: Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™, Everything DiSC® Management or Everything DiSC® Worksmart for people who already have a Catalyst™ profile.
• Unassign an assessment when plans change.

Why it matters: people read their results for the first time with the facilitator and full context, rather than alone the night before.

4 · Reports and records

Keep everything current and accounted for

• Generate profiles for your learners, plus profile and credit activity reports for budgeting.
• Group culture and facilitator reports for a team: included with the Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience, $150 each otherwise.
• Keep records clean: update names and emails, view each learner's history, archive people who leave and reactivate them if they return.

Why it matters: you can show finance and leadership exactly what was used, by whom, and where the program stands.

The account in practice

Six months in the account

Imagine you are launching Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ for a cohort of 24 new managers. Here is how the account carries the program, from the first invitation through the first six months.

   Monday · inviteYou import the 24 managers from a spreadsheet, schedule their invitations for Tuesday at 9:00 and a reminder for Friday.
   
2. THU
   Thursday · trackThe dashboard shows six people still incomplete. You send them an extra reminder and give their managers a heads-up.
   
3. WK 2
   The following week · organizeEveryone has finished. You create a group for the cohort so the facilitator can see the team's map, and you keep each person's style hidden until the workshop.
   
4. DAY 1
   Workshop day · revealYou reveal all 24 styles at once, so people first read their results together, with the facilitator and full context.
   
5. +1 MO
   One month later · add applicationsThe 24 are all new managers, so you add Everything DiSC® Management to their existing Catalyst™ profiles: 10 credits each, 240 credits in all, and no new assessment. Each manager's Catalyst™ profile and downloadable PDF report now include the management section.
   
6. +3 MO
   Three months later · maintainTwo managers have left and three have joined. You archive the leavers, invite the new hires and add them to the group, and pull a group culture report for the team's next offsite.
   
7. +5 MO
   Before review season · developPerformance reviews are a month away. You add Everything DiSC® Worksmart for the managers, so each one can work through Give Constructive Feedback and prepare how to deliver feedback to each direct report, based on both people's styles.
   
8. ALL YR
   All year · build skillsEverything DiSC® Worksmart also covers Manage Conflict, Empower Your Team, Navigate Change and Motivate Your Team. Managers return to the topics they need, when a real situation calls for them.

Your administrator account actually gives you two platforms that work together. Catalyst™ is where the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ programs run and where you manage learners day to day. EPIC holds your credit balance and runs the programs that are not on Catalyst™. Symphony 100 sets up both and helps you link them, so credits in EPIC are available for your Catalyst™ learners.
