Imagine you’re the HR business partner who inherited your organization’s Everything DiSC® program. The workshop went well, the profiles are in everyone’s inbox, and now a manager asks how to use the Group Culture Report with a team that’s about to reorganize. The facilitator has moved on, and the question lands on your desk.
Encore is where you bring that question: to a live session, and to practitioners who have faced it before. If you run programs for clients instead, the questions are the same, and so is the room.

Membership is for practitioners who have one of these from Symphony 100:
- A facilitation kit
- The Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience
- Everything DiSC® or The Five Behaviors® Certification

Live online sessions
Working sessions on the situations members bring: launching a program, keeping it going after the workshop, showing results and making the case for next year. Quarterly to start, more often as the community grows.
A community in the Symphony 100 Academy
Between sessions, bring your questions to the Encore community and compare notes with practitioners who run the same programs.
A welcome call and a yearly check-in
A call when you join, to hear about your program and what you want from Encore, and a check-in at least once a year after that.

Do I need a certification?
No. A facilitation kit or the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience from Symphony 100 is enough.
Does Encore replace Wiley’s technical support?
No. Technical support for assessments, profiles and reports stays with Wiley’s team. Encore is about running your program.
