How a leadership group leads, with no names attached
The Group Report brings together participant data to provide a composite overview of the group. The graphs illustrate the group's approach to Vision, Alignment and Execution, and help the group explore its overall strengths and challenges to create an action plan. Individual names are kept confidential, which encourages honest participation and open dialogue.
Imagine a leadership team that agreed a strategy in January and is still arguing about priorities in April. The Group Report shows the team, without pointing at anyone, that the group is strong in Execution and light in Alignment. The conversation moves from who is wrong to what the group needs to practice.
How the Work of Leaders® reports are sold
The two Work of Leaders® reports are always purchased separately, at $150 each. The Work of Leaders® reports are not part of the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience, so everyone pays, Practitioner Experience holders too. The Practitioner Experience does not include the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® Facilitator Report or Group Report. Both Work of Leaders® reports are included in the Work of Leaders® Workshop Package, where Symphony 100 runs the sessions.

What the Group Report shows
The Group Report is an anonymous, team-level report. Here is what the group sees:

An overview of the team's strengths and gaps without identifying individual contributors, which keeps defensiveness low and the discussion honest.

Group placements on the best-practice continua for the Vision, Alignment and Execution drivers, highlighting collective trends and opportunities.

Pie charts show the percentage of participants across each continuum. Bar charts summarize the extent to which the team naturally shows each leadership driver.
