A leadership group, leader by leader, for the person running the session
By consolidating data from individual Work of Leaders® Profiles, the Facilitator Report shows how leadership behaviors align, or misalign, across the group, and identifies strengths and imbalances across Vision, Alignment and Execution. The report includes the name of each participant and each leader's individual placement, so a facilitator, coach or leader of the team can tailor the coaching to each leader's priorities.
Imagine you are coaching a leadership team of six before a strategy offsite. The Facilitator Report shows you that four of the six leaders lean toward Execution, and only one leader is comfortable with Exploration. You can plan the offsite around the gap before anyone arrives.
How the Work of Leaders® reports are sold
The two Work of Leaders® reports are always purchased separately, at $150 each. The Work of Leaders® reports are not part of the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience, so everyone pays, Practitioner Experience holders too. The Practitioner Experience does not include the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® Facilitator Report or Group Report. Both Work of Leaders® reports are included in the Work of Leaders® Workshop Package, where Symphony 100 runs the sessions.
