The Everything DiSC® Certification Program
Everything DiSC® Certification is Wiley's course for the people who deliver Everything DiSC®. The course teaches the DiSC® model and the research behind the model, the Everything DiSC® applications and the Catalyst™ platform, and gives every participant live facilitation practice with feedback from the instructors.
Over two weeks, participants deepen their understanding of the DiSC® model, work through the full suite of Everything DiSC® applications, and get hands-on experience with the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ platform.
The course combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-paced online learning.

The Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner credential shows clients and colleagues that Wiley, the publisher of Everything DiSC®, has trained you to interpret profiles and lead sessions. Certification also connects you with Wiley's community of certified practitioners.
You learn the core principles of the model, the applications and the Catalyst™ platform well enough to interpret profiles with confidence, work through complex team dynamics and tailor each session to the group in the room.

If you belong to a professional organization other than SHRM, HRCI or ATD, you can request a formal letter from Wiley with the course information, confirmation of completion and the total hours spent on the course, and submit the letter to your organization for continuing education credit. Each organization decides whether to accept the credits.
