Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ helps the learner understand and adapt to the needs of the situations the learner experiences. It enables social and emotional problem-solving to help support agility. The kit combines the personalized insights of the DiSC® model with practical EQ strategies, so individuals stretch beyond their natural tendencies and build emotional resilience.

Recognize and Value Other Mindsets
Participants explore the significance of embracing and valuing diverse mindsets, and the benefits of shifting perspectives for collaboration.
Act to Become Agile
Participants identify the obstacles they face, and each participant develops a personalized action plan with clear steps to enhance social agility.

Each participant needs an Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ profile
The personalized Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ profile runs 26 pages. The profile shows each participant the instinctive mindsets that shape the participant's responses, and the mindsets the participant can stretch toward when a situation calls for them.
Participant profiles are not part of the kit.
Everything DiSC® is not, and should never be used as, a selection or evaluation tool. Use the profiles to develop people, never to hire or rate them.
