The traditional facilitation kits were designed for offline (in-person) facilitation materials.
The traditional kits do not include the Group Culture Report or the Facilitator Report, which are $150 each. The Practitioner Experience includes both.

Everything DiSC® Management is a classroom training and personalized learning experience for anyone in a management role. Each participant needs an Everything DiSC® Management Profile
The Everything DiSC® Management Profile offers participants insight into their strengths and challenges as managers, and how to adapt their style to meet the needs of the people they manage. In this 27-page profile, participants discover their DiSC® Management style, explore strategies for directing and delegating, improve their working relationship with their own manager, and more.
The profile may be used on its own or with the companion facilitation, and the profile is sold separately from the kit.
Everything DiSC® is not, and should never be used as, a selection or evaluation tool. Use the Management Profile to develop managers, never to hire or rate them.
