With Everything DiSC®, each person completes an online assessment and gets a profile about their own work style, and in a workshop the team learns a common language for how each person likes to work. Take one seat in a live 90-minute online workshop, with your own Everything DiSC Workplace® on Catalyst™ profile, for $250. Then you can decide whether you lead your team's workshop or we run it for you.

Buy an Everything DiSC Workplace® profile for each person on your team. That's the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Base Experience, at $90 per person. Then buy the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience for yourself, at $2,200. It gives you the facilitation materials, slides and tools, and it includes the Facilitator and Group Culture Reports for your team. You facilitate the workshop and the team discussion.
The Practitioner Experience →We run it for your team
A Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner runs two live 90-minute online sessions for your team, one to three weeks apart, with an Everything DiSC Workplace® profile for each person and a team report. It's $3,500 for up to 10 people, and $150 for each extra person, up to 12.

You don't have time to prepare a session
Getting a good team session ready takes hours, and most managers don't have that time. When you buy a workshop package, our facilitator prepares and runs the sessions, and you join in like everyone else on the team.
You'd rather not be the trainer in front of your own team
People are often careful about what they say when their manager leads the session. With an outside facilitator leading it, everyone on the team, you included, can speak more openly.
The money comes out of your team's budget
For a team of eight, running the workshop yourself comes to $2,920, which is $720 for the profiles and $2,200 for the Practitioner Experience, which you can use again with your next team. The Base Experience Workshop Package is $3,500 with every profile included. You can buy either one yourself, without going through HR.
New people join after the workshop
Someone who joins later can take the Base Experience on Catalyst™, as the rest of the team did, and learn the same Everything DiSC® terms right away.
Your team works in different places
Our workshops run live online on a private Zoom link, so the whole team can join from wherever they work.
Your own manager wants to know it was worth it

Start with the Base Experience and the Practitioner Experience

Start with the Base Experience with Agile EQ™ Workshop Package
Each person gets an Everything DiSC Workplace® profile and Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™, which shows how each person reads a situation and chooses the response the moment calls for. Our facilitator runs four live 90-minute online sessions. The first two put the common language to work on the relationships the team relies on, and the last two work on recognizing an instinctive reaction and choosing a better response under pressure. It's $6,500 for up to 10 people, and $210 for each extra person, with the profiles and a team report included.
Start with the Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict Workshop Package
In three live online sessions, your team looks at how each DiSC® style reacts to conflict, which reactions cause damage, and how each person can change the way they respond. It's $5,000 for up to 10 people, and $180 for each extra person. The Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict profile on its own is $120 per person.
Start with the Everything DiSC® Sales Workshop Package
In four live online sessions, your salespeople learn to adapt their own sales style to each customer's buying style, and each person maps out how to work with their own key customers. It's $6,500 for up to 10 people, and $210 for each extra person. The Everything DiSC® Sales profile on its own is $150 per person.
Start with The Five Behaviors® Team Development
The Five Behaviors® looks at your team as a whole, using Patrick Lencioni's model of trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. It works best for a team that has worked together for at least six weeks. We run it as seven 90-minute online sessions over 8 to 12 weeks, and we give you a price after a call. The Five Behaviors® Team Development profile on its own is $210 per team member.
Start with the Everything DiSC® Worksmart Workshop
Our facilitator runs five live one-hour labs that use the profiles your team already has. The labs cover giving feedback, handling conflict, empowering others, navigating change and motivating others. It's $4,750 for up to 10 people, and $180 for each extra person.

Questions
What team managers ask us first
Do I need to be certified to run the workshop myself?
No. You can run the workshop with the Practitioner Experience. If you'll run sessions often, you may also want to look at Everything DiSC® Certification.
Do I need HR or an administrator account to buy?
No. You can buy profiles or a workshop package for your team directly from the shop.
How do the workshop sessions work?
Everyone completes the online assessment first, and we schedule the sessions once everyone has finished. In the first session, each person uses their profile to understand their own style. In the second, one to three weeks later, the team talks about how they actually work with each other, including difficult conversations and feedback. Each person leaves with an action plan.
How many people can join one workshop?
Each workshop is for up to 10 people, and you can add two more for a group of 12. For a larger team, we run two groups. Book a call, and we'll plan it with you.
Who sees each person's profile?
Each person sees their own profile. During the workshop, people talk about their styles with the team. On Catalyst™, colleagues can compare their styles side by side, and each person can go into their privacy settings and choose not to show their style to colleagues.
Can we add more later?
Yes. You can add Everything DiSC® Management or Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ for $60 per person, and nobody has to retake the assessment. The Everything DiSC® Worksmart Workshop adds five live one-hour labs that use the same profiles.
Can I use the profiles in performance reviews or hiring?
No. Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® have a development focus. They help the people on your team work better together. They aren't tools for rating performance or screening job candidates.
