Two parts: the Base Experience with Agile EQ™, and the live workshop built on it
Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Base Experience is where every Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ program begins: the Everything DiSC® assessment, a personal Everything DiSC Workplace® profile each learner keeps, and ongoing access to the Catalyst™ platform. Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ adds the emotional-intelligence layer: how each person reads a situation and chooses the response the moment calls for.
The Workshop Package delivers both to your team in four live, online sessions led by a Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner, for your own cohort of up to 10. The first two sessions build the shared language of DiSC® and put it to work on the relationships the team relies on. The last two sessions develop emotional agility: recognizing an instinctive reaction and choosing a better response under pressure. The profiles, the team report and the Catalyst™ access are all included in the price.
A short overview of the Everything DiSC® model and the research behind it: the assessment is tested and retested for accuracy, engagement, and learner satisfaction.
WHY TEAMS BOOK THE WORKSHOP
Clear communication is the start. Staying agile under pressure completes it.
Imagine you manage a team of ten in a quarter where the plan changes every week. In Monday's meeting one colleague pushes harder, another goes quiet, and a third starts picking the plan apart. Each reaction makes sense from where that person sits, and none of the three reactions moves the meeting forward.
Miscommunication creates roadblocks, and emotional reactions under pressure drive the tension further. The Workshop Package gives your team a shared language for how each person works, and the emotional agility to choose a better response when the pressure is on.
Better responses under pressure
People learn to choose a more valuable response, even when stress or a deadline pulls them toward their default reaction.
Faster recovery from conflict
Teams handle difficult discussions with greater ease and move past friction sooner.
One shared language
The whole team uses the same words to talk about how each person likes to work and how each person reacts, so a potential clash turns into a plan.
People who stay
A more connected, empathetic culture supports long-term engagement and reduces turnover.
PURPOSE AND KEY OBJECTIVES
What the workshop is for
Organizations book this workshop for a business reason: friction between people costs money. Misread messages delay projects, reactions under pressure turn disagreements into standoffs, and people who feel misunderstood disengage or leave.
The purpose of the Workshop Package is to help your team cut those costs, so more of the team's time and energy goes into the results your organization is measured on: productivity, retention and, in the end, profitability.
To get there, by the end of the four sessions participants will:
1
Understand their own style
Each participant understands their Everything DiSC® style, with the motivators, stressors, strengths and blind spots that shape daily interactions.
2
Recognize and appreciate other styles
Participants recognize the styles of their colleagues and adjust how they communicate and collaborate, which reduces misunderstandings.
3
Know their EQ strengths
Participants recognize the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses, and understand how those mindsets help and limit them.
4
Stretch beyond their comfort zone
Participants practice the mindsets that do not come naturally, so they can respond with empathy, resilience and adaptability when a situation calls for it.
5
Handle tension as a team
The team applies Agile EQ™ strategies to anticipate challenges, address tensions and respond constructively to changing demands.
6
Keep learning on Catalyst™
Participants keep using the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ platform, so the skills are reinforced long after the workshop ends.
Your objectives may differ. Symphony 100 discusses these objectives with you up front. If your team has different priorities, the objectives and the emphasis of the sessions are adjusted to match. Results vary with each team's culture, participation and follow-through: results disclaimer.
WHY A WORKSHOP
Why not just read the reports on your own?
Imagine you lead a ten-person product team. Everyone has taken the assessment and opened their profile. A week later, most people remember their style, a few have explored Catalyst™, and Tuesday's planning meeting runs exactly as before. The team read the reports, but the team's habits did not change.
A shared conversation instead of ten private readings. The team compares styles together, live, with polls and breakout discussions.
Practice as well as insight. Guided exercises work on the team's real working relationships, including difficult conversations and feedback.
A certified facilitator in the room. The facilitator answers questions as they come up and keeps every exercise tied to how your team actually works.
Follow-through after the sessions. Each participant leaves with post-session resources and an action plan, and Catalyst™ keeps the learning part of everyday work.
WHO SHOULD FACILITATE
Internal, external or hybrid: choose the delivery that fits your needs
Some organizations certify their own facilitator, some bring in an external partner, and many combine the two. Our guide to choosing and developing facilitators compares the strengths, risks and best practices of each approach. If you would rather deliver the program in-house, these are the two places to start:
Facilitate in-house
Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience
Everything an internal facilitator needs to run the sessions: facilitation content, tools, resources, and know-how on Catalyst™. Facilitator and Group Culture Reports are included.
Anyone who facilitates should also consider Everything DiSC® Certification: training and certification from Wiley, the publisher of Everything DiSC®, in interpreting profiles and leading sessions with confidence. It comes with the certification course and the other items a facilitator needs.
For teams that want a highly professional, interactive, results-oriented program delivered for them, Symphony 100 is pleased to offer this Workshop Package.
THREE WAYS TO START
Which live workshop fits your team?
Symphony 100 offers three live online workshops on Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ for teams that are getting started. Each one builds on the one before.
Four live, online sessions of 90 minutes each on a private Zoom link, led by a Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner
10 Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ assessments and Everything DiSC Workplace® + Agile EQ™ profiles, in PDF and interactive versions, with ongoing access to the Catalyst™ platform for every participant
10 Supplements for Facilitators covering Everything DiSC Workplace® and Agile EQ™, for participants who like detail and want additional insight
One team report of your choice: the Everything DiSC® Facilitator Report or the Everything DiSC® Group Culture Report
One Everything DiSC® Team View Report
Post-session resources and an action plan for each participant
THE FOUR LIVE SESSIONS
Six hours, four sessions, one team that adapts under pressure
All four sessions run live and online on a private Zoom link and on the Catalyst™ platform, with polls, breakout discussions and application exercises. From time to time, a producer assists the facilitator to keep the delivery smooth and professional. The sessions are typically scheduled one week apart, which leaves time to put each session into practice, and the series is completed within four weeks to keep the momentum. An optional fifth session, on Your Groups and action planning, can follow.
Participants leave with greater self-awareness and a clearer view of how their style shapes daily interactions.
1
Welcome and who is whoEach participant introduces their role and one tip colleagues should know about working with them, so the facilitator and the group know who is in the room.
2
The Everything DiSC® modelThe four styles, the two questions that sit under the model, and why no style is better than another.
3
Your profileEach participant works through their own Everything DiSC Workplace® profile: the priorities that drive their behavior, and what energizes and drains them at work.
4
Your colleaguesHow each style sees and reacts to workplace challenges, and how to recognize a colleague's style from everyday cues.
5
Wrap-up and a task for Session 2Before the next session, each participant compares styles with two colleagues on Catalyst™.
Participants turn insight into practical tools they can use right away to build more meaningful working relationships.
1
Check-inWhat participants noticed about themselves and their colleagues since Session 1.
2
You and other stylesHow each style responds to conflict, feedback and collaboration, and how to adjust your approach to each one.
3
One relationship that mattersEach participant chooses a key working relationship and uses the Catalyst™ comparison and Get Advice to plan a better way of working together.
4
Practice in breakout roomsSmall groups rehearse a challenging conversation using what they learned.
5
Action plan and closeEach participant leaves with an action plan, and the team agrees how it will keep using the shared language.
Participants see emotional intelligence as a set of mindsets they can choose from, starting with the mindsets that already come naturally.
1
Check-inWhat participants noticed about working with other styles since Session 2.
2
Emotional intelligence as agilityWhat emotional intelligence means at work: reading the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and responding accordingly.
3
Your EQ strengthsEach participant discovers the mindsets that come naturally to them and the needs that drive those mindsets, and considers how to use those strengths in new ways.
4
The eight mindsetsThe full range of Agile EQ™ mindsets around the DiSC® circle, and why stretching beyond a comfort zone matters when the situation changes.
5
Wrap-up and a task for Session 4Before the next session, each participant notices one situation where their instinctive response did not serve them.
Participants practice the responses that take more effort and leave with a plan for building agility.
1
Check-inThe situations participants noticed since Session 3.
2
Beyond your comfort zoneUsing personalized insights, video and discussion, participants practice new ways of responding to complex social and emotional situations.
3
Develop your EQEach participant chooses one mindset to work on and explores what will make stretching to that mindset difficult.
4
Action plan and closeEach participant leaves with an action plan for becoming more agile, and the team agrees how it will support the new habits.
OPTIONALSESSION 5 · 60 MINUTES · YOUR GROUPS ON CATALYST™
Your Groups and action planning
Sessions 1 to 4 cover the basics of each application. This optional session takes the program to the next level: the team turns individual insights into a plan for the whole team. Some teams run this session on their own; others ask Symphony 100 to facilitate it.
1
Your team on one mapThe team builds a group on Catalyst™ and reads the group's style mix, strengths and areas for growth.
2
Using Your Groups in practiceYour Groups is not limited to one group. Participants learn to build different groupings over time, small and large, as people join and leave: a project team, a leadership team, a new-hire cohort.
3
The intentionThe team discusses what the group view is for, and how the team will and will not use it.
4
PrivacyLearners who prefer not to share their style can opt out from the Privacy tab in Catalyst™ and change the setting at any time.
5
Team action planThe team leaves with shared commitments for how it wants to work together.
A guide, not a script. The time spent on each topic varies with the group, so the facilitator adjusts the pace to your team. Symphony 100 also reviews this syllabus on a regular basis and adjusts the topics and activities to better meet clients' needs, so the outline above is subject to change.
What each person takes away
Team membersRecognize and respect different styles, adjust communication to avoid misunderstandings, and choose a response instead of a reaction when tension rises.
Leaders and managersIdentify and adapt to the styles of direct reports, lead with empathy under pressure, and build a culture of trust and respect.
HR and facilitatorsSupport managers in creating workplaces where every style is recognized, and equip teams to anticipate and resolve interpersonal challenges.
WHERE SESSION 1 STARTS
Four styles, one shared language
Everyone is a blend of all four Everything DiSC® styles, and one, two or even three usually stand out. No style is better than another: every style brings strengths, and every style has blind spots. Session 1 shows each participant where they fall and why they react the way they do.
Tap a style to see how it shows up at work:
D · Dominance
People with a strong D style tend to be: Direct, firm, strong-willed, forceful.
Most teams know how they react. Few know how to shift.
Imagine you are in a tense planning meeting. Your instinct is to push harder; a colleague goes quiet; a third person starts picking the plan apart. Each reaction makes sense from where that person sits, and none of them moves the meeting forward. Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ helps people recognize when their go-to responses, such as detaching, controlling, or avoiding, no longer serve them, and shows them how to shift toward more valuable responses, such as empathy, self-assurance, or collaboration.
An introduction to Agile EQ™: how people read a situation and choose the response the moment calls for.
How DiSC® styles shape the way people use emotional intelligence at work.
1
EQ is agility
Emotional intelligence is the agility to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.
2
There are many ways to be emotionally intelligent
Some come naturally to you. Others are more of a stretch.
3
No style has more EQ
No DiSC® style is inherently more emotionally intelligent than any other.
4
Your EQ is not fixed
Developing it gives you the flexibility to adapt your responses to a wide range of situations and challenges.
Eight mindsets around the DiSC® circle
Each part of the DiSC® circle is associated with different EQ strengths, called mindsets. No mindset is more valuable than another: the situation decides which one is right. Each learner's profile shows the mindsets that likely come naturally to them and the ones outside their comfort zone.
Tap a mindset to see what it means:
The Dynamic mindset
Initiating action on your ideas, influencing people, and projecting a strong social presence.
Often a natural strength for: D and i styles
The Outgoing mindset
Establishing and maintaining relationships and expressing your emotions and unfiltered thoughts to others.
Often a natural strength for: i style
The Empathizing mindset
Reaching out with compassion, seeking to understand people's emotional needs and struggles, and being supportive.
Often a natural strength for: i and S styles
The Receptive mindset
Staying open to others' ideas and being willing to compromise or set aside your own needs and preferences.
Often a natural strength for: S style
The Composed mindset
Reflecting before acting, moderating your responses (even under stress), and exercising diplomacy.
Often a natural strength for: S and C styles
The Objective mindset
Separating facts from emotions and keeping the discussion focused on logic.
Often a natural strength for: C style
The Resolute mindset
Standing your ground in the face of opposition, speaking up about problems, and pushing through any resistance.
Often a natural strength for: C and D styles
The Self-Assured mindset
Asserting your opinions and rights, projecting confidence in your ideas and abilities, and taking charge of situations.
Often a natural strength for: D style
What powers each mindset
Behind every style's EQ strengths are psychological needs: progress and control for some people, harmony and reassurance for others. The poster shows the needs of each style around the DiSC® circle. Each learner's profile includes an EQ snapshot that names their own.
What the Agile EQ™ section of the profile covers
Your EQ strengthsThe mindsets that guide your interactions, the benefits and challenges that come with them, and how they shape your responses.
Beyond your comfort zoneThe mindsets outside your comfort zone, the benefits of stretching to each, and how much effort each stretch is likely to take.
Develop your EQBeginner, intermediate, and advanced steps for each stretch mindset, and an action plan for the one you choose to work on first.
AFTER THE SESSIONS
Catalyst™ keeps working after the workshop ends
Catalyst™ turns self-understanding and understanding of others into tools people use, in a practical and visual way. Every participant keeps access after the sessions and comes back to it in the moments that matter: before a meeting, when a new person joins, or when a project team gets stuck.
Your Colleagues
Pick any colleague and see your two styles side by side: what you have in common, where you are likely to misread each other, and tips for working together. Learners use it before a first meeting, a handover, or a difficult conversation.
Your Groups
Put any set of people on one map and see the group's style mix at a glance. Conversation Starters then give the group prompts for getting to know each other, making decisions together, and communicating clearly.
Group Continua
See where each member falls on spectrums such as logic versus feelings, or realities versus possibilities. The group spots its natural tilt and the perspectives it tends to leave out when it decides.
Get Advice
Ask for advice on a real situation, such as building a relationship, working through a tension, or getting buy-in, and receive tips written for your style and the other person's.
Learner privacy
Learners who prefer not to share their style can opt out from the Privacy tab in Catalyst™ and change the setting at any time.

HOW IT WORKS
From order to action plan in four steps
1
Order, then a logistics call
Order the package for your cohort. The first step after your order is a call with Symphony 100 to go through the logistics: who is taking part, how the assessments go out, and what your team wants from the workshop.
2
Everyone completes the assessment
Every participant completes the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ assessment. The assessment unlocks each person's Everything DiSC Workplace® and Agile EQ™ insights. Symphony 100 confirms that all the assessments are in before the workshop is scheduled, so no session time is spent on filling in the assessment.
3
Schedule the four sessions
Once the assessments are complete, Symphony 100 schedules the four live sessions with you, typically one week apart.
4
Four live sessions, then keep going
Sessions 1 and 2 build the shared language of DiSC® and put it to work. Sessions 3 and 4 develop emotional agility. Each participant leaves with an action plan and post-session resources, and keeps using Catalyst™ long after the workshop.
YOUR TEAM REPORT
See the whole team, not just the individuals
Two reports turn the team's individual profiles into a picture of the group, and each one has a different job. The package includes the one you choose.
13 pages
Group Culture Report
FOR THE WHOLE TEAM · 13 PAGES · NO NAMES
Shows the team its culture: the distribution of styles, and how the group's shared tendencies shape decisions, pace, and communication. Because it names no one, you can hand it to everyone.

Why we keep cohorts small
The best learning happens in engaging, interactive groups where every participant is seen, heard and involved. Each workshop is built around 10 participants, with the option of adding 2 more for a dozen. Twelve is the breaking point: beyond a dozen, the quality of the discussion drops. Smaller groups give:
deeper discussion and participation
more opportunity for personal feedback
a closer connection between the facilitator and the participants
More than 12 people?
Order one package per cohort. Several cohorts can run in parallel or one after another, so different departments, locations or leadership levels all get the same experience. Symphony 100 coordinates the scheduling across cohorts.
Workshops are delivered remotely. Anything customized, such as different timing or content, and other arrangements (including in-person) are by custom quote on a call: Coaching, Consulting & Program Services →
