For founders and investors
Keep your team working together as your startup grows
Imagine you closed your round a year ago. The team has tripled, and decisions that used to take a quick conversation now drag on for days. Chaos to Alignment™ for Startups is an online course for founders at exactly this stage. You take it on your own, at your own pace, and bring what you learn back to your team.

What you're up against
Every decision still comes back to you
Your team checks with you before they hire someone, price a deal or change a plan, and the work waits until you have time. Chaos to Alignment™ for Startups shows you how to hand more of those calls to your team.
The team agrees in the meeting and then nothing happens
Everyone nods on Monday. Two weeks later, you're having the same discussion again, and nobody can say who was supposed to do what.
There's a conversation you've been avoiding
It might be with your co-founder about splitting up roles, or with an early hire who hasn't grown with the job. You know what needs to be said, and you haven't found the right moment to say it.
You and your co-founder keep talking past each other
You both want the same result, and you still argue about how to get there. Everything DiSC® shows each of you how the other prefers to communicate and make decisions.
Your first employees have gone quiet
The people who were there from the start used to tell you everything. Now they hold back in meetings, and you hear about problems late.
You can't take a week off for training
You can fit the course in around your other work, and the introductory workshop takes one 90-minute online session.

For investors
What the course does for the startups you back
Your founders get a plan for their team
You've probably watched a capable founder struggle once the team got bigger. The course gives founders a 30-day plan for the team problems that come with growth, and they work through it online on their own schedule.
You and your founders share a common language
When a team problem comes up in a board meeting or a check-in, you and the founder can talk it through in the same terms.
You can take the course yourself
Taking the course shows you what your founders deal with as their teams grow, and what to ask them about trust, decisions and accountability.
Send your founders the course page, or book a call if you'd like help deciding which of your companies should take it first.

Questions
What founders ask us first
Who takes the course?
Chaos to Alignment™ for Startups is written for the founder, and it's priced per person. You can start on your own and bring in a co-founder later.
Is the course part of a workshop?
No. The course and the workshops are separate, so you can choose one or both.
How many people can join one workshop?
Up to 10, and you can add two more for a group of 12. For a bigger team, we run more than one group.
Can we use the profiles to choose a co-founder or a first hire?
No. Everything DiSC® has a development focus. It helps the team you already have work better together, and it isn't a tool for rating performance or screening job candidates.
Not sure where to start?
