What you're up against
A client compares you with a larger firm
When your proposal names your certification and uses licensed Everything DiSC® materials, the client can see that their managers will get the same profile a larger firm would give them.
Clients ask questions the facilitator guide doesn't answer
In certification, you study the Everything DiSC® model in depth and practice with peers, so you're ready when a client's question goes beyond the facilitator guide.
A project is too big to run on your own
When a project has several sites or cohorts, or a fixed deadline, there can be more sessions than one person can run. Symphony 100 facilitators can run some of those sessions for you.
You have to price assessments into a proposal
You can use the same credits for any Everything DiSC® or The Five Behaviors® assessment, for any client. The more credits you buy, the lower the rate, and the Annual Credit Subscription keeps your rate the same for twelve months, so you know your cost when you write the proposal.
The engagement ends after one workshop
Everything DiSC® Worksmart adds five short management modules on Catalyst™, built on the profiles your client's managers already have. You can offer those modules to your client as a follow-on engagement and facilitate them yourself.
A client wants to use profiles for hiring
Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® are built for development, so they aren't designed to evaluate performance or screen job candidates.

Certification is $4,695 per named practitioner. It includes the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience, so you get the credential and the full Catalyst™ facilitation library together.
Start with the Practitioner Experience
The Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience is $2,200 per named practitioner. It gives you the materials, scripts, slide decks, handouts and video for the Catalyst™ experiences, and you buy it once, with no annual renewal. When you're ready to certify, the Certification Add-On is $2,495.

Each facilitation kit covers one program and costs $1,495, so you can start with the kit for the program you deliver and add others later.
Start with The Five Behaviors® Certification
The Five Behaviors® Team Development is built for intact teams that have worked together for at least six weeks. The certification is $2,495 per named practitioner. You also need the facilitation kit, which is $1,495. One kit covers both Personal Development and Team Development.

Questions
What coaches and consultants ask us first
Will Symphony 100 contact my client?
When we're your supplier, no. We send you the materials and never contact your client. When our facilitators run sessions in your engagement, they work under your brand, and we don't approach your client for 12 months after the last session. If your client contacts us during that time, we tell them they can keep working with you, and we go with the choice they make.
Do I need certification to facilitate Everything DiSC®?
No. You can facilitate with the Practitioner Experience or a facilitation kit. Certification is worth it when Everything DiSC® is a regular part of your practice, and you can name the credential in your proposals.
What's the difference between the Practitioner Experience and a facilitation kit?
The Practitioner Experience covers the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ experiences, such as Everything DiSC Workplace®, Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ and Everything DiSC® Management, for $2,200. A facilitation kit covers one program, such as Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® or The Five Behaviors®, for $1,495.
Do I get group reports for my clients' teams?
With the Practitioner Experience, you can generate as many Everything DiSC® Facilitator and Group Culture Reports as you need. Without it, each report is $150. Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® group reports are always bought separately.
Can a client add another Catalyst™ experience later?
Yes. Catalyst™ is the online platform where your client's people take Everything DiSC®, and it keeps every experience on one learner account. A client who starts with the Base Experience can add Everything DiSC® Management or Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ for $60 per learner without retaking the assessment.
When should I use The Five Behaviors® instead of Everything DiSC®?
Use The Five Behaviors® Team Development when a client brings you an intact team that has worked together for at least six weeks, such as a leadership team that keeps putting off a hard decision. When a client brings individuals who need to understand each other better, Everything DiSC® is the better fit.
We have several facilitators. What does each one need?
Certification and the Practitioner Experience are tied to one named person and can't be transferred, so each facilitator who wants them buys their own. Facilitating Everything DiSC® doesn't require either one.
Can I send assessments to my clients myself?
Yes. With an administrator account, you send the assessments, track who has finished and pull the reports yourself. The account is $330 one-time, and it's complimentary when your first purchase is 150 credits or more.
