HOW CREDITS WORK
One credit balance covers all Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® assessments
Credits sit in your organization’s administrator account, and each assessment uses its listed number of credits when you assign it. For example, the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Base Experience uses 15 credits, and The Five Behaviors® Team Development uses 35. You buy credits in packages, and from 250 to 2,000 credits, each larger package costs less per credit. One order for a whole program never costs more than several smaller orders, and it can cost less.
Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® have a development focus. They should never be used to evaluate job candidates or to select people for roles.
