Refunds and cancellations
Assessments, profiles and reports are digital products: access codes go live at checkout and are not refundable once access is issued. Workshops are guaranteed when you attend and participate — email within 7 days of the workshop for a full refund. Certification is non-refundable. Custom packages carry their own terms.
