One team this quarter
Cohort Manager Starter
For the HR or L&D manager running The Five Behaviors® for one team or a pilot this quarter. Your own administrator account, and the credits for the people taking part, paid once.
For the person who runs The Five Behaviors® in-house
The Five Behaviors® runs inside your organization once two pieces are in place: your own administrator account, and credits to pay for every profile. The team reports come with the profiles. This page explains each piece and how the work runs, then points you to the Starter that fits your role, or straight to credits if your account is already open.

The administrator role
The administrator is the person who sends the assessments out, keeps track of who has finished, and pulls the reports the facilitator needs. Two pieces make that possible: the account and the credits.
EPIC is Wiley's platform for administering assessments, and The Five Behaviors® runs on it. With your own account, your administrator issues every Personal Development and Team Development assessment, sends the reminders and pulls the reports, on your dates. Symphony 100 opens the account under its authorized partner account, names your administrators and hands you the keys.
Without an account, every assessment goes through someone else's, and so does every report.
Personal Development builds the teamwork skills each person carries onto any team, so it suits individuals anywhere in the organization. Team Development measures one intact team of 5 to 12 people who have worked together for six weeks or more. The Team Report, and the Team Progress Report that tracks the team's change over time, come at no charge with the profiles bought from Symphony 100.
The same account runs Everything DiSC® as well, whenever you add it.
Credits are the currency inside EPIC. Every assessment carries a published credit value: The Five Behaviors® Personal Development is 25 credits a learner, and Team Development is 35 credits a team member. Credits are $6.00 each, packages bring the rate down as they grow, and one balance covers The Five Behaviors® and the whole Everything DiSC® catalog, so you decide what to run at the moment you run it.
Nothing goes out until credits sit in your balance, so credits are the first purchase after the account. Buy a package once, or commit a year through the Annual Credit Subscription, paid once or monthly, with credits released as each payment comes in. An invitation that goes unused can be recalled, and its credits return to the balance.
Credits are a digital product: once released to your account they are not refundable.
How the work runs
Symphony 100 sets up your administrator account and names your administrators. Complimentary with 150 credits or more; $330 on its own.
A package paid once, or a year's plan paid once or monthly. Every Starter includes the credits its program needs.
Send the invitations to each learner or each team, let reminders chase stragglers, and pull the reports your facilitator needs for the session.

New to running it in-house
Build a StarterA Starter puts the account, the credits and, where your role needs them, the facilitation materials and certification together. You build it on the Starter's page, and the price comes from what you choose.Choose your Starter ↓Account already open
Go straight to creditsTop up with a package paid once, commit a year through the Annual Credit Subscription, or open a second administrator account for another part of the organization. The pieces, on their own ↓In-House Starters
Each card says what the Starter holds. Every Starter works for The Five Behaviors®, Everything DiSC® or both. The price is built on the Starter's page from the materials you pick and the credits your year needs, and it shows what you pay once and what you pay for credits, paid once or monthly.
