ABOUT EVERYTHING DiSC® ON CATALYST™
Everything DiSC® describes four basic behavioral styles: D (Dominance), i (influence), S (Steadiness) and C (Conscientiousness). Each learner takes one research-validated assessment and receives a personalized profile that shows where they sit on the DiSC® map, what drives their priorities at work, and how their style compares with the people around them.
Catalyst™ is the platform that holds the learning. The profile lives online rather than in a PDF that gets filed away, and it becomes each learner's home base for the rest of their DiSC® journey:
